Small on purpose.

Haven Bridge is a new company with an old-fashioned operating rule: one person owns the file, and everything that matters is written down.

Why the company exists

The gap is between the quotes.

An import has three numbers that rarely meet: what the factory charges, what the forwarder charges, and what the buyer can afford to pay. In between sit duty, fees, prep, returns and the cost of a mistake nobody priced.

Small importers usually discover that gap after the container lands. We'd rather write it down first — even when the honest answer is that the product can't work at the price you want.

That shapes what we keep in-house and what we refuse. Classification and compliance stay with us because a wrong code is expensive and invisible until it isn't. Warehousing stays with partners we've audited, because inventory accuracy is the thing clients can't audit until it's already wrong.

Operating standards

Four rules we won't trade away.

Rule 01

One price, in writing

Quotations list every line: goods, freight, duty, MPF, HMF, port, drayage, receiving, prep, storage. Where a figure is genuinely unknown, it says "to be confirmed" and explains what would confirm it. No lump sums that hide a surprise.

Rule 02

We answer in your time zone

China-side clients get a reply inside their working day; US clients inside theirs. There is someone on shift for both windows, in English and Mandarin.

Rule 03

Compliance before commitment

If a product can't be legally sold as designed — no certification path, unsubstantiated claims, restricted component — we say so before the order, not after the container lands.

Rule 04

We turn work down

Consignments too small to be economic, categories outside our licences, and clients who want documents backdated. A no in week one is cheaper than a dispute in month six.

Where we are

Registered, forming, not yet trading.

The LLC is being formed in Wyoming. Until the registration number is issued, this site says so rather than implying otherwise. Our EIN, business bank account and importer bond follow in that order.

What exists today is the process on these pages and a founder who will answer your email. That's the honest starting position, and it's enough to begin a first conversation.

Who you deal with

Chenhao He — founder. Sourcing, supplier negotiation, customs classification and the buyer conversations that follow. Ten years across ocean freight and private-label manufacturing, in Mandarin and English.

What we hold

  • Entity — Haven Bridge LLC, registered in Wyoming. Formation in progress; certificate published here once issued.
  • Customs — entries filed through a licensed customs broker, continuous bond to be arranged at first shipment.
  • Cargo — all-risk marine cargo insurance on every shipment, certificate issued per booking.
  • Data — client files held under NDA, supplier contacts never disclosed to third parties.
