Haven Bridge LLC ("Haven Bridge", "we") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, email, company, phone, and whatever you write in a form — including product details and commercial terms. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the order.
• Technical information. Browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and the site that referred you. Used in aggregate to understand what's working.
• Cookies. We use only what the site needs to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes or documents you ask for.
• To fulfil an order, including sharing necessary details with a customs broker, freight forwarder or warehouse — only what that party needs.
• To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights

If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. To exercise any right, email info@havenbridgeus.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Nevada residents may submit a verified request under NRS 603A.345 to prohibit the sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after last contact. Order and customs records are kept for the period required by US customs and tax law, currently five years.

Service providers

This site is hosted on infrastructure that may log requests. Form submissions are delivered by an email or form-processing provider. Each provider processes data on our instructions and under its own security terms.

Security

Access to client files is limited to the person handling your order. We use encrypted transport for all site traffic. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and, where we have your email, we will tell you.
