The process
From idea to finished goods, in five checkpoints.
Every stage ends with something you can review. Nothing is "trust me" — it's a document, a sample or a report.
-
1
Brief
You tell us the product, target price and quantity. We tell you honestly whether it's buildable at that price — before you spend anything.
You get: a written go / no-go with the real cost structure. -
2
Source
We find 3–5 factories that can make it, compare quotes, MOQ and lead time, and recommend one. You see the actual factory prices.
You get: a shortlist with quotes and a recommendation. -
3
Audit
We pre-audit the shortlisted factory — licence, capacity, quality system, export history — so the decision isn't based on a website.
You get: an audit report with a clear go / no-go. -
4
Sample
We run prototype and pre-production samples through revision rounds, then ship you the approved physical sample to sign off.
You get: the approved sample and a locked spec. -
5
Inspect & ship
We inspect at the factory against a fixed checklist (AQL sampling) and track production weekly. You approve shipment with a report in hand.
You get: an inspection report and a pass / fail call before anything ships.
Start with the brief.
It costs nothing, and you'll know in a day whether we can build it at your price.
